The DALROD sponsored Peterborough Phantoms announce today that Mason Webster has signed until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old Brit, has been on a 4 game trial for the Peterborough Phantoms. Over the weekend Head Coach Slava Koulikov confirmed that Mason is to be a great permanent addition to the city side.

Webster joined us to achieve his goal in breaking into the EPL from the NIHL side Hargingey Racers. With some testing games, the young Essex based forward, has settled in well and adapted to the transition, showing us what he is capable of.

Phantoms Head Coach Slava Koulikov commented on Webster “Mason over the last few games has shown that he has the right attitude to the game and taken on board the Phantoms philosophy in the locker room. Mason has got stuck right in and I am looking forward to working with him for the remainder of the season”

Phantoms Development Coordinator Lee Elias also commented on the team’s most recent acquisition. “In addition to making sure we are a competitive hockey club, Slava always has an eye on the future of the team. Mason fits right into that mind-set and we look forward to helping him develop and seeing what he can bring to the team for the remainder of the season.”
