The Peterborough Phantoms returned to the top of the table and continued their unbeaten start to the league season with a win over the Invicta Dynamos.
Invicta scored the only goal of the first period, when Joshua Condren gave them the lead with an unassisted power play goal, after Phantoms were called for too many men on the ice.
Invicta doubled their lead after 27 minutes, when Brandon Webster scored his first Dynamos goal of the season.
Phantoms pulled one back through Pliskauskas, who took a good pass behind the net from Greg Pick, before finding space in front of the net and slotting the puck under Damien King in the Invicta goal.
And the scores were level moments later, when James Ferrara redirected a Nathan Salem pass into the back of the net.
Leigh Jamieson put the Phantoms ahead in the final minute of the second period with a blue line slap shot on the power play.
Will Weldon extended Phantoms’ advantage to two goals with just over five minutes remaining. After linking up with Jamieson and Salem, he took the puck around King and tapped it into the empty net.
Pliskauskas rounded off the scoring with an excellent move and finish that left King with no chance.
