The DALROD Peterborough Phantoms are delighted to announce British forward Marc Levers will be back in Phantoms colours next season.

The vastly experienced forward has had 10 season at Elite League level, winning many accolades with the Belfast Giants and Nottingham Panthers. Levers made the move from the EIHL to the Phantoms EPL in 2013. As Levers enters his fourth season with the Phantoms, the level headed, experienced forward will no doubt make an impact on the on and off the ice.

Slava Koulikov commented on Levers return “Leves doesn’t need any introduction to the Phantoms fans or many people around British hockey. Levers played at the top level for many years and gain vast experience in two of the biggest Elite League clubs in the country.

Over the last three seasons and has proved to be a valuable member of our team, he is an excellent role model, hence his Alternative Captain position.”

Slava continues “When Marc became a Dad at the latter part of last season, I spoke to him and asked if he still wanted to play and have the same commitment, The answer was YES of course! And that was enough for me to know he was still focused and willing to do anything for the team.

“Leves is a recognised Centreman, who excels in big games, leading the team on and off the ice, and I am very happy to have him back for another year.”

Marc spoke to us on his return “Finishing last year with no trophies was very disappointing. I am excited for next year and seeing what this young team can do and gain some silverware.”

Further signings are due to be announced soon and can be found on, the official Peterborough Phantoms Facebook page, on Twitter – @GoPhantoms or our dedicated YouTube channel OfficialPhanTV.
