The Peterborough DALROD Phantoms, sponsored by Smart Solutions Group are proud to announce merchandise partner, HockeyDog will be supporting this Saturdays All Star Charity game.

On Saturday 10th June, the Hockey world will unite to raise funds for all the victims and families of the terrorist attacks in Manchester, which happened on May 22nd.

A fan from fellow NIHL team, Telford Tigers rallied around in the immediate aftermath of the attack to get his idea of holding a charity game in aid of the victims and their families to go ahead. Manchester Storm took on the task and  have done an excellent job. GM of Storm Neil Russell, has also been accompanied by Tony Hand in making this game possible.

The Peterborough DALROD Phantoms official merchandisers HockeyDog, were pleased to be able offer their services in supplying the Jerseys and socks for both teams free of charge. With the timescale of under two weeks, the team at HD head office, have worked hard on making sure the jerseys will be ready before this Saturdays game.

General Manager of HockeyDog, Kim Lane commented “In recent months our country has been hit with some awful terror attacks, but the way in which our communities have stood strong and come together to help those in need is comforting.

When we found out about the charity game, we instantly contacted Tony Hand and Neil Russell to offer our services, as we wanted to make a difference and help raise as much for the charity.

We hope as many of you can make the game and support against terrorism by enjoying the game we all love.”

If you are able to head to Manchester (Silver Blades Altrincham), you will see some familiar faces amongst the star studded line up in the form of Phantoms very own Ales Padelek.
