The Peterborough DALROD Phantoms, sponsored by Evolve Technologies are delighted to welcome Pirates legend player Rob Carnegie and Phantoms and Pirates super fan Ken Cross to this Sunday’s game against Basingstoke Bison.

Rob Carnegie, Peterborough’s first ever Ice Hockey import will be visiting the UK on holiday this week, Rob couldn’t make the trip without visiting a club that he holds very dear to his heart. Rob will be catching up with old fans and ex-players whilst in Peterborough as well as being introduced to the current team.

Also, over the past few weeks, it’s been reported that fans and ex-players have been to visit long-life fan Ken Cross as soon as the club found out we immediately agreed to support the activity the fans and ex-players were doing.

As Ken was a super fan of Peterborough Hockey, we thought it was apt to surprise Ken this Sunday with him becoming the second acknowledged fan this season. It will also be a huge surprise for Ken that an all-time favourite legend of the Pirates will also be at the game for him to meet an reunite with.

We hope many of you Pirates/Phantoms fans old and new, turn out to see two legends of Peterborough Hockey. Let’s recreate those days of the 80’s with Animal Corner and a great atmosphere as the Phantoms take on Basingstoke Bison, Sunday, face-off 5.30 PM.
