The Peterborough DALROD Phantoms sponsored by Evolve Technologies are delighted to announce the addition of Latvian dual nationality, Martins Susters.

Martins joins us after a brief spell with Kent based side Invicta Dynamos. The 20-year-old forward Susters, is no stranger to Phantoms has spent his junior career as a Phantom, with brief spells also at Nottingham and Sheffield.

In 2017, Martins moved on from the Phantoms organisation to develop his game in his native country of Latvia. After spending a season playing with HK Riga, he returned to the UK this season where he signed with the Invicta Dynamos.

Head Coach Slava Koulikov commented on Susters return “For a while, we have been thinking and looking for someone who can add to our offence, I believe Martins will add firepower up front. Martins, skates well, has good size and game IQ which will only help the team going forward.

We are pleased to be able to find someone before a very busy and exciting schedule coming up.

I would like to thank my owners Dave & Jo in supporting and making this happen.”

Please join us in welcoming Susters back to the team.

Don’t forget to join us this Friday 2nd November, Face-Off 7.30 pm when we take on the Swindon Wildcats in the first leg of Autumn Cup  Semi Final.
