The Peterborough DALROD Phantoms sponsored by Evolve Technologies were last week contacted by a Dad of a young Bee’s fan suffering from Leukemia.

Zachary White and his parents back in February got the devasting news Zachary was suffering from Leukemia. Zac and his family are Bracknell Bee’s fans and whilst Zac was at a recent Bee’s game versus Phantoms, Zac became obsessed with the Phantoms jersey with his name on the back. As the brave little boy started his gruelling treatment with a long stay in hospital required, his Dad contacted the Phantoms in the hope of obtaining the White jersey his son so wished for.

After hearing of Zac’s story, the Phantoms and James White himself couldn’t wait to help out by donating James Away Jersey to Zac and join his army of supporters.

A Go Fund Me page has been set up in honour of Zac by his friends to help in buy Zac gifts to keep him happy and more comfortable in his minimum six-month stay at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Surrey.

Please do help this brave little boy with any donation possible, by donating to

All of us at the Phantoms organisation would like to wish Zac all the luck and encouragement in his recovery, we are all sending our love and hope to see you cheering on the Bee’s next season.
