Planet Ice have released the following statement regarding recent incorrect parking charges at Planet Ice Peterborough.
“Due to a human error several motorists were incorrectly issued PCNS on the 27/09/2025. Our internal team picked up the error after the PCN letters were sent and we have since cancelled all PCNS issued on the 27/09/2025.
“Any motorist that received a PCN will receive a letter through the post confirming the cancellation of the PCN. In addition, the motorist will not be able to pay for the PCN on our automated payment platform using the PCN number, as all PCNS issued are cancelled.”
