The SLS Peterborough Phantoms can confirm that we will take on the Romford Raiders and Milton Keynes Lightning in a pair of pre-season double headers.
Phantoms will host Romford at Planet Ice Peterborough on Saturday 5th September, before the travelling to the Sapphire to play the Raiders on Sunday 6th September.
The clash will see new Phantoms forward Ewan Hill take on his old side on his debut, whilst defenceman Nojus Venskutonis will do the same on the other side of the red line in Raiders colours.
The following weekend will see the Phantoms head to Milton Keynes on Saturday 12th September, with the Lightning coming to Peterborough the following evening.
MKL will have a new look to their roster under the stewardship of Pete Russell, with Kell Beattie, Archie Hazeldine, Cam Hamill and Liam Stewart joining import goalie Jared Whale and forwards Bradey Johnson, David Thomson and Jarred White (of those announced to-date) as new additions to the Lightning team for this season.
Meanwhile, new Phantoms addition Dominik Gabaj will suit up against his former side for the first time since his summer move to Planet Ice Peterborough.
