The Wendy’s Peterborough Phantoms are back in action this weekend with a double header against the Hull Seahawks.
ABOUT THE OPPOSITION
The Hull Seahawks saw their three match winning run brought to an end during the week as a Kieran Brown hat-trick sent the Leeds Knights on their way to a 5-1 win.
The Seahawks are one place below the Phantoms going into the weekend, sitting three points behind Ashley Tait’s side.
TEAM NEWS
Phantoms will be without Tom Norton and Nathan Salem once again this weekend.
Hull could be without defenceman Jamie Chilcott on Saturday night after he was ejected from their game in midweek, whilst Josh Crawley may not feature with other commitments on his two-way. But fellow two-way players Alex Kent and Theo Malone are expected to ice for the Seahawks.
Jordan McLaughlin is likely to get the nod in the Seahawks net with Dmitri Zimozdra unavailable.
ONE TO WATCH
Bobby Chamberlain leads the scoring for the Seahawks so far this term with 12 goals in 11 games and the all-action forward is always one to watch for his committed, hard-hitting and point scoring abilities.
COACHES CORNER
“We really need to get back to playing how we can. We’ve had a few games where we were short of our best and we need to simplify and make better decisions in all areas.” - Ashley Tait
