The WALDECK Peterborough Phantoms are pleased to have signed #42 Tyler De La Bertouche as our back-up Netminder for the 2023/24 season!
The 17-year-old made his net-minding debut with the Phantoms in 2023 after coming up through the ranks in the Raiders junior system. With the unfortunate circumstances of both our senior netminders being injured in the latter part of the season, Tyler took on the challenge of starting netminder and was outstanding!
Tyle De La Bertouche said: “Hi Phantoms fans, it’s great to be back next season! I am really looking forward to being a Phantom again and working with Slava for another season!”
Slava Koulikov, Head Coach commented: “Tyler is a great young talent and I am pleased to have signed him full time for next season! Tyler had some great opportunities with us this season as our 2 senior net minders were injured and he really stepped up in to this role. He plays with great skill, confidence and is a great guy to have in the changing room, he is a great signing for us for next season.”
