The WALDECK Peterborough Phantoms are delighted to have re-signed starting netminder, #33 Jordan Marr for the 2023/24 season!

The 31 year old began his hockey career in the Fife junior system, before jetting off to develop further in North America. He played for OHA U18 AAA and the Philadelphia Jackals before spending four years with the University of Finlandia, where he also represented the University football team.

Jordan joined the Phantoms ahead of the 2018/19 season and will celebrate his 5th season with the club next season. Last season, he posted a save percentage of over 90% across 47 games and helped the Phantoms become 2022/23 season National Cup Champions!

Head Coach, Slava Koulikov said “I am really happy to have Jordan back with the team for his 5th season! Jordan is a great guy, and person to have in the dressing room, he is very professional and knows our team inside and out. Jordan was a big part of our Cup success last season, and played magnificently!”

“I would like to welcome Jordan back for his 5th year with the club, and am very excited to have him as our starting netminder and Tyler as our number 2”

Jordan commented: “I’m very excited to be returning to Peterborough for the 23/24 season! Last season we made great progress as a group and were deservedly able to add another trophy to our cabinet.”

“With an additional import and various other roster changed through the league, I’m sure this year will be the most competitive the NIHL will have been and I look forward to the challenge alongside Slava, our returning core and the new additions.”

“Thank you to all our fans, staff and sponsors for all your support in the 22/23 season. I look forward to seeing you all again in September!”

Welcome back Jordan!
