This Sunday, the WALDECK Peterborough Phantoms will be raising money for Sue Ryder at our home game against the Leeds Knights.

Sue Ryder are our charity of the year for the 2022/23 season. They have hospices for palliative care patients up and down the country, with Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice being based in Peterborough.

The staff and volunteers at this hospice do amazing work each and every day, so we are delighted to be able to work with, and support them.

The Sue Ryder charity of the year jerseys will make their debut on Sunday, with all of the profits from the sale of the jerseys going to the charity.

There will also be Sue Ryder bucket collectors around the arena on Sunday, and donation pots left in both the official team shop and the bar if you wish to make a donation.

The proceeds from both our 50/50 lottery draw and our SOYB (Shirt off your back) jersey raffle will also go to Sue Ryder. The Shirt Off Your Back for Sunday’s game will be #72 Glenn Billing.

We can’t wait to see you all on Sunday!
