The Waldeck Peterborough Phantoms would like reiterate the clubs’ expectation around spectator behaviour, following incidents during the recent fixture against the MK Lightning.
Ice hockey is a family sport and the club will not accept any form of aggressive or disrespectful behaviour at its fixtures. There is no place for abusive or disrespectful language, swearing or intimidating behaviour.
The club would also like to reiterate that it will not tolerate the throwing of objects on to the ice or towards others in the arena, individuals found to be doing so will be removed from the arena by the match night security staff and may face exclusion from attending further fixtures.
Abuse of Phantoms staff will also not be tolerated, any aggressive or abusive behaviour or language towards our valued club staff or Planet Ice staff may also lead to entry refusal or removal from the area by the match night security staff.
