The Waldeck Peterborough Phantoms are pleased to announce the re-signing of forward #95 Jasper Foster ahead of the 23/24 season.
The 20-year-old enters his third season with the club having played 107 games and putting up 39 points so far in a Phantoms jersey! Jasper joined the Phantoms in 2021 after coming up through the junior system with both the Coventry Blaze and the Swindon Cougars. Foster played a brief spell with the Swindon Wildcats 2 in the 2019-20 season, where he played 19 games putting up 13 points.
Head Coach Slava Koulikov commented: “I am happy to have Jasper the Friendly Ghost back on the team, he is a great character to have in the dressing room and always brings a smile to the team. Jasper joined the team as a talented young prospect but has developed in to a high end skilful player. The development from year one to year two was huge with Jasper and his off the puck game has really developed. I am looking forward to seeing Jasper back on my roster, to help him grow his game to the next level, and become a complete all around player.”
Jasper Foster commented: “I’m really excited to get my third season with the Phantoms started and get back to playing in front of the best fans in the league and win some more silverware with the boys.”
Welcome back Jasper!
