Biography
The Wendy’s Peterborough Phantoms are delighted to announce the return of forward, Jasper Foster, for the 2025/26 season!
Jasper began his junior career with the Coventry Blaze, before moving onto Swindon during 2018/19. His first steps into senior hockey were with the Swindon Wildcats NIHL2 side in 2019/20, where he picked up 13 points in 19 regular season games.
And the 22-year-old fan favourite is about to enter his fifth season in Phantoms colours, having initially joined the club ahead of the 2021/22 season.
He’s gone on to play over 200 times for the Phantoms in all competitions, notching 73 points in the process.
Foster quickly became popular amongst Phantoms fans for his all-energy, hard hitting style of play and has contributed some important goals during his time at the club so far.
And he’ll be back for more in the 2025/26 season as he becomes the latest name on Ashley Tait’s first Phantoms roster.
Jasper said: “I’m really excited to be back for my 5th season in Peterborough. We’ve got a great group this year, and I can’t wait to be back on the ice.”
Whilst Head Coach, Ashley Tait, said: “I think it’s potentially a big year for Jasper. He has a great skill set and I really want to see him push for more ice and develop into a strong two way forward.”
